工程管理专业人才的培养必须面向工程实际,加强工程训练以提高其处理复杂、动态的实际工程问题的能力;然而,采用传统的教学模式往往难以达到这个目标。本文分析了目前教学模式中面临的问题,提出了采用计算机及仿真技术进行工程管理专业教学改革的设想。
The training of engineering management professionals must be engineering-oriented and enhance engineering training to improve their ability to deal with complex and dynamic practical engineering problems. However, it is often difficult to achieve this goal by using traditional teaching methods. This article analyzes the problems in the current teaching mode and puts forward the idea of using computer and simulation technology to carry out the teaching reform of engineering management specialty.
