本文根据教学优化的基本理论思想,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对健美操教学最优化的标准及方法作了初步研究和探讨,旨在为优化健美操教学过程提供理论和实践依据。
Based on the basic theory of teaching optimization, this paper makes a preliminary study and discussion on the standards and methods of aerobics teaching optimization by using the methods of documentation and logic analysis. The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical basis for optimizing aerobics teaching process.
