为及时准确地确定综合交通项目安全事故的最佳的安全应急方案,设计一个基于云模型理论的安全应急方案比选方法。首先,构建适用于综合交通项目安全应急方案评价的指标体系。其次,根据评价云厚度对指标进行循环改进式打分,获得评价指标的评价云和权重云,将其代入综合云公式求得参考云。最后,通过Matlab编程将待评安全应急方案评价云与参考云绘制于同一幅3D云图中,逐一进行云相似性比较,云相似性最高者为最佳方案。用这个方法能够实现综合交通项目安全应急方案的可视化比选。
In order to determine the best safety emergency plan of the comprehensive transportation project in time and accurately, a safety emergency plan comparison method based on cloud model theory is designed. First of all, construct the index system which is suitable for the evaluation of safety emergency plan of integrated traffic project. Secondly, based on the evaluation of cloud thickness, the index is cyclically improved, and the evaluation cloud and weight cloud are obtained, which are substituted into the comprehensive cloud formula to obtain the reference cloud. Finally, draw the evaluation cloud and reference cloud to be evaluated in the same 3D cloud graph by Matlab programming, and compare the cloud similarity one by one, and the cloud similarity is the best one. This method can be used to realize the visual comparison and selection of the comprehensive emergency plan for traffic safety.
