工程施工企业之间的竞争日益激烈,使得工程项目的利润空间不断缩小,同时来自企业内外的风险因素也日益增加。施工企业要防范风险,提高工程效益,就必须加强企业内部控制建设,完善内部控制制度与规范,减少工程施工过程中不必要的成本费用支出,以保证企业的经营效益。本文分析了目前工程施工企业内部控制的现状及问题,并提出对策和建议。
The competition among engineering construction enterprises is getting fiercer, making the profit margin of engineering projects shrinking ceaselessly, and the risk factors from inside and outside the enterprises are also increasing day by day. To prevent risks and improve project benefits, construction enterprises must strengthen internal control construction, improve internal control system and norms, and reduce unnecessary costs and expenses in construction so as to ensure the operating efficiency of enterprises. This article analyzes the current situation and problems of internal control of construction enterprises and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
