微生物固定化技术,是指通过化学或物理的方法将游离的细胞或微生物加以固定,使之成为不溶于水但仍具有高生物活性固定生长体的一项新技术。固定化细胞技术是20世纪70年代在固定化酶技术基础上发展起来的。我国在固定化微生物技术方面虽起步较晚,但近两年有突飞猛进的发展。据报道,目前国内微生物固定化技术还处在试验过程中,而兰州捷晖生物环境工程有限公司研制开发的以曝气生物流化床(ABFT)、高效微生物栽体及微生物与载体的自固定化技术为核心的专利技术,已成功应用在高氨氮污水治理、生物制药污水治理和日用化工污水治理中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。ABFT 工艺被科技部列入2002年国家重大科技成果推广计划,同时被国家经贸委列为2002年国家技术创新计划。蓝星兰州日用化工厂1320m~3/d 污水处理场和中牧公司兰州生物药厂800m~3/d 污水处理场已建成投产,均一次性开车成功,各项出水指标均达到国家一级排放标准。以下是将微生物自固定化技术等为核心的 ABFR 工艺应用到具体工程中的两个实例。
