瓦楞原纸是生产箱纸板的重要原料之一,要求其具有良好的抗张强度、耐破度和湿强性能。研究了添加PAE湿强剂对以旧瓦楞原纸为原料的成纸物理性能的影响,以及熟化方式对添加PAE树脂的旧瓦楞原纸的强度影响。结果表明紫外熟化提高湿强效果最好,湿强保留率可达到32.2%;高温熟化次之,可达到28.2%。通过红外检测,PAE内部交联程度以及PAE与纤维的交联程度都与生成的酯基数量有关,酯基数越大,成纸湿强度越好。
Corrugated paper is one of the important raw materials for the production of cardboard boxes, requiring it to have good tensile strength, burst resistance and wet strength properties. The effect of adding PAE wet strength agent on the physical properties of the paper from the old corrugated base paper and the effect of curing mode on the strength of the old corrugated base paper with the PAE resin added were studied. The results show that UV curing has the best wet strength enhancement effect, the wet strength retention rate can reach 32.2%, followed by high temperature aging, which can reach 28.2%. The degree of cross-linking of PAE and the degree of cross-linking of PAE and fiber are related to the amount of ester groups generated by infrared detection. The larger the ester number, the better the wet strength of paper.
