在高频直缝焊管机组中,压缝辊的挤压力是影响焊缝质量的主要因素之一 本文将通过合缝道次时管坯的变形简化为一具有初始曲率的薄板弹塑性弯曲变形过程,进而应用能量原理导出了压缝辊挤压力的计算公式。并结合现场实验探讨了挤压力对焊缝质量的影响,得到了在相应生产条件下两种规格管材的合理挤压力值。
In the high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe unit, the pressure of the creasing roller is one of the main factors that affect the quality of the weld. In this paper, the deformation of the tube is simplified to an elastic-plastic sheet with initial curvature Process, and then the energy principle is used to derive the calculation formula of the pressure of the creasing roller. The effect of extrusion pressure on weld quality was also discussed in combination with field experiments. The reasonable extrusion pressure values of the two kinds of pipe under the corresponding production conditions were obtained.
