据《中国人事报》报道,前不久,江西省宜春市中级人民法院对万载县株潭镇原党委书记晏志平依法作出一审判决,认定他受贿34万元,判处有期徒刑15年。晏志平在剖析自己犯罪的原因时说过这样一番耐人寻味的话:“我在株潭是父母官,我为人民做了一点儿事,为企业做了一点儿工作,人民、企业像儿女孝敬父母一样对待我也是应该的,我是可以不推辞的。”正是这个认为“理所当然”的理由,使他“理直气壮”地让他管辖的企业厂长、部门负责人像孝敬父母一样给他进贡。最后在厂长和下属的“孝敬”中断送了自己的前程,把自己送进了监狱。
