在上个世纪80年代初期恢复集邮以后,我主集纪特邮票、JT票,通过邮协举办的邮展、交流会,我补齐了全部JT票,实现了儿时的梦并开始了自己的冶金专题集邮,组编了第一部邮集《中国冶金》,在全省第一次职工邮展上获得一等奖。由此我开始有意识地结合自己的专业、爱好收集邮品与相关资料,在参加了省市邮协主办的多次集邮讲座和培训班以后,邮识逐步得到提高,邮文写作逐渐上路。宣传集邮的文化性、知识性与趣味性是我的邮文的重要特色。《武汉集邮》(《武汉邮苑》)和《湖北集邮报》
