从1972至1977年用几种联合化疗方案加中药治疗了177例急性白血病,部分病例在缓解诱导时加用结核菌苗或/及麻疹疫苗的非特异性自动免疫疗法。总的完全缓解率为57.0％,完全缓解率加一级部分缓解率为65.0％。45例急淋的完全缓解率为82.2％,103例急粒的完全缓解率为50.4％,23例急单的完全缓解率为47.8％。年龄在25岁以上,治疗前血小板计数低于20,000/毫米~3和骨髓中原始+早幼白细胞超过90％者,缓解率均较低。在非急淋病例中加用免疗者的缓解率显著高于未加用免疗者(P<0.02)。在急粒病例中加用结核菌苗与加用麻疹疫苗的缓解率差异不明显,但两者合用的缓解率显著高于单独用结核菌苗或单独用麻疹疫苗(P<0.05)。急淋的完全缓解中数时间为227天,尚在缓解中的4例的缓解时间分别为60,500,552,1035天。非急淋的完全缓解中数时间为202天,尚在缓解中的完全缓解中数时间为480~+天。未缓解者的中数生存时间为144天,曾获完全缓解者的中数生存时间为390天,尚生存者的中数生存时间为620~+天。曾获完全缓解者生存达3年以上者占所有缓解者的13.8％,4年以上者5.0％。
From 1972 to 1977, 177 cases of acute leukemia were treated with several combined chemotherapy regimens and traditional Chinese medicines. In some cases, non-specific autoimmune therapy using tubercle bacilli or/and measles vaccine was added during remission induction. The total complete remission rate was 57.0%, and the complete remission rate plus a partial remission rate was 65.0%. The complete remission rate was 45.4% in 103 acute cases and 82.2% in 45 cases. The complete remission rate in 23 cases was 47.8%. Patients over 25 years old, with platelet counts below 20,000/mm~3 before treatment and those with more than 90% primordial+premature leukocytes in the bone marrow, have lower remission rates. The remission rate of non-emergent patients who received an exemption was significantly higher than those who did not receive an exemption (P<0.02). There was no significant difference in the remission rate of the tuberculosis vaccine plus measles vaccine in acute cases, but the combined remission rate was significantly higher than that of the tuberculosis vaccine alone or measles vaccine alone (P<0.05). The number of complete remissions for acute flushes was 227 days, and the remission times for the remaining 4 cases were 60,500, 552, and 1035 days, respectively. The number of non-emergent complete remissions was 202 days, and the number of complete remissions in remission was 480~+ days. The median survival time was 144 days for those who had not remitted, and the median survival time was 390 days for those who had received complete remission, and the median survival time for those survivors was 620~+ days. Those who have survived complete remission for more than 3 years accounted for 13.8% of all remissions, and 4.0% for those over 4 years.
