用小鼠泡球蚴(MAH)和沙鼠泡球蚴(GAH)抗原ELISA对-20℃贮存3.5~6年的泡球蚴患者抗体作了检测。结果两种抗原敏感性各为98.1%和100%,与3.5~6年前的敏感性100%无统计学差异。用GAH抗原检测,50%病例抗体滴度下降,但38.5%病例抗体滴度增加,还有11.5%抗体滴度相同。在滴度下降病例中,76.9%下降1~2个滴度。贮存3.5~6年的抗体,其滴度在1:1600以上者仍占71.2%,且几何均数为原来用细粒棘球蚴液的1.1746倍,说明沙鼠泡球蚴抗原是检测泡蚴病的最适抗原。
Antibodies against hydatid cyst were stored at -20 ° C for 3.5-6 years using the mouse cysticercus (MAH) and the germ-cell cyst (GAH) antigen ELISA.
