作为中国一衣带水的邻邦,日本与中国的文化交流自古盛行,中国的汉字也传到日本并得到广泛使用。因此,日语中有很多和汉语相同的汉字以及发音相近的词。作为称谓语的“先生”便是如此。日本从中国引入书籍之时,这一词语便融入了日本人的生活。虽然双方都在使用,但出自同源的同一个词在两个国家已经产生了不同的含义和用法。本文从历史入手,对汉语的“先生”和日语的“センセイ”用法以及翻译时的问题进行探讨。
As a neighbor of China’s clothing belt, the cultural exchange between Japan and China has prevailed since ancient times. Chinese characters in China have also spread to Japan and been widely used. Therefore, there are many Chinese characters and similar pronunciation words in Japanese. This is what Mr. When Japan introduced books from China, the phrase integrated into Japanese life. Although both are in use, the same word from the same origin has had different meanings and usages in both countries. This article starts with history and discusses the usage of Chinese “Mr.” and Japanese “セ ン セ イ” and the problems in translation.
