中控系统采用集散型计算机控制系统。由监控计算机和通讯系统组成的中央控制系统,对污水处理厂实行集中管理:由可编程控制器(PLC)及自动化仪表组成的检测控制系统-现场控制站,对污水处理厂各过程进行分散控制。所以如何设计计算机中央控制系统,充分考虑了今后远期工程需要,设计的时候应为中控系统的扩展和其他设备的接入作了充分的准备。
