大约十年前,出差去北京,在王府井大街闲逛,信步迈进位于街口处的北京画店。店内正在举办个人画展,四面墙壁上数十个红木画框中镶嵌着数十幅山水画。画幅不大,多为四尺三开和四尺对开;画风统一,清秀雅致。仔细看看,竟都是家乡巴山蜀水的写照。无论大河小溪,高岗低丘;也无论瓦屋小舟,老榕新篁,都令我感到乡音萦萦,乡情融融。店内柜台前,两个操四川口音的老者正对两幅取下来的画品评议论着,似有购买之意。我走到画店南门口,见墙头上一幅镜框内镶有一幅画家小照,下面一段文字简介:吕效书,1948年生于重庆,擅长山水画、人物画,对宋元绘画及近代大师黄宾虹、傅抱石、吴冠中的艺术曾有潜心研究。同时涉猎西方绘画诸流派,且又师承造化,在长江三峡一带生活十余年,故其创作兼收并蓄,别具风貌……
