在汉中分公司提供的采矿服务中,穿孔、爆破、铲装、运输四个环节为生产中的有机整体,也是现有采矿服务的全部过程,其中穿孔、爆破是基础和核心,这两个工序本身在整个开采成本中占40%左右,又和铲装成本相关联。爆破质量影响着整个开采成本,取得更好的爆破质量是降低开采成本的关键。最佳单耗对应着最佳爆破质量,单耗是孔距、排距(前排抵抗线)、超深、孔径、堵塞长度(或装药长度)等参数决定的,不断的调整这五个参数,接近最佳单耗,取得更好的爆破质量,从而不断降低开采成本。
