目的 探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗老年性股骨颈头下型骨折的治疗效果.方法 采用髋关节外侧术口,暴露股骨颈骨折部,将下肢内旋内收使髋关节脱位,取出股骨头,处理股骨颈及股骨近段骨髓腔,选择大小合适的人工股骨柄及股骨头假体进行置换,清理冲洗髋臼及术口,将人工股骨头复位,缝合关节襄,臀中肌,关闭手术术口.结果 本组 46 例,经过平均 3 年的随诊,全部病例无髋关节疼痛,无跛行,屈髋超过 90°,生活能完全自理.结论 人工股骨头置换术是治疗老年性股骨颈头下型骨折的有效方法,该方法手术简单,疗效好,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了生活质量.
