日前,国家卫计委疾病预防控制局、国家卫生计生委宣传司、中国健康教育中心和中国记协联合发起的“中国健康知识传播激励计划(乐享健康生活)”项目正式启动。国家卫计委首度推出“5125”健康生活理念。此次“乐享健康生活”开创性地提出了“5125”理念,即建议市民每天给自己留5分钟发呆时间;每天运动1小时、掌握1项运动技巧和加入1个运动
Recently, the project of “China Health Knowledge Transmission Incentive Plan (Enjoy Healthy Living)” launched jointly by Disease Control and Prevention Bureau of the State Health Planning Commission, Propaganda Department of National Health and Family Planning Commission, China Health Education Center and China Association of Record Workers was launched. National Health and the Commission for the first time introduced “5125 ” concept of healthy living. The “healthy lifestyle to enjoy ” creatively put forward the “5125 ” concept, that is, to advise citizens to stay 5 minutes a day for themselves in a daze; exercise 1 hour a day, master a sports skill and join a sport
