芳族胺,包括一些苯胺衍生物,可以通过工业废水的排放或苯酰胺类农药的分解而进入地面水中。这些物质不但给水质造成不愉快的气味,某些芳族胺及其缩合物是致癌物。一些作者曾提出测定苯胺衍生物的比色法,虽比较灵敏,但显色的时间较长,费时。作者研究了用4-氨基安替比林(以下简称4-AAP)作显色剂比色测定水中芳族胺的方法。实验证明,此方法除氯苯胺、硝基苯胺和对位取代的苯胺化合物反应不灵敏外,其他的芳族胺在0.1 ppm范围内都可能测定。
Aromatic amines, including some aniline derivatives, can enter surface waters through the discharge of industrial effluents or the decomposition of benzamide pesticides. Not only do these substances cause unpleasant odors to the water quality, some aromatic amines and their condensates are carcinogenic. Some authors have proposed colorimetric aniline derivatives, although more sensitive, but the color of the longer, time-consuming. The authors studied the use of 4-aminoantipyrine (hereinafter referred to as 4-AAP) as a reagent colorimetric method for the determination of aromatic amines in water. Experiments show that this method except chloroaniline, nitroaniline and para-substituted aniline compound reaction insensitivity, the other aromatic amines in the 0.1 ppm range may be determined.
