汽车变速器的输入功率并非恒定不变。除有平均扭转和转速分量外,尚有周期性扭矩分量的作用。该周期性扭矩分量引起了变速器输入轴的角加速度呈周期性变化。本文提出了一种分析变速器齿轮噪声与角加速度、有效惯量及阻力矩之间关系的理论。指出高的有效惯量对齿轮噪声及换档轻便性都有不利的影响;概述了根据已知的传动系零件刚度、阻尼及惯量等条件来计算变速器输入轴的角加速度的计算机程序;最后还叙述了变速器齿轮系的最佳布置方案,以减少变速器的有效惯性,进一步降低齿轮噪声和换档力。
Automotive transmission input power is not constant. In addition to the average torque and rotational speed components, there is a periodic torque component. This periodic torque component causes a periodic change in the angular acceleration of the transmission input shaft. This paper presents a theory to analyze the relationship between transmission gear noise and angular acceleration, effective inertia and resistance torque. It is pointed out that the high effective inertia has an adverse effect on the gear noise and gear shift convenience. The computer program for calculating the angular acceleration of the transmission input shaft based on the known stiffness, damping and inertia of transmission components is also described. Finally, The best arrangement of the transmission gear train to reduce the effective inertia of the transmission to further reduce gear noise and shift force.
