随着信息时代的空前发展,电子图书、期刊的阅读平台及载体的全面普及,人们逐渐摆脱传统纸质图书、期刊的阅读模式束缚,取而代之的是更新更快、存储更方便的图书馆电子资源受到广大读者的追捧。本文主要研究了图书馆数字信息资源采购的重要性,以及政府采购过程中遇到的相关问题及其对策,希望对从事图书管理的同行们起到抛砖引玉和借鉴作用。
