党支部是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。党的路线、方针、政策,要靠党支部贯彻到基层。党与群众的血肉关系,离不开党支部这个桥梁和纽带。因此,在新形势新任务下,不断加强和改进基层党支部规范化建设,充分发挥党支部在推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐及党内监督的作用,进一步增强党支部凝聚力、战斗力和号召力,具有十分重要的意义。在此,笔者结合工作实际谈几点粗浅的看法,供读者指正。
Party branches are the foundation for all the party’s work and combat effectiveness. The party’s line, principles and policies must be implemented by the party branch to the grassroots level. The flesh-blood relations between the party and the masses can not be separated from the bridge and ties between the party branches. Therefore, under the new situation and new tasks, we should continuously strengthen and improve the standardization of grassroots party branches, give full play to the role of party branches in promoting development, serving the masses, building the people, promoting harmony and inner-party supervision, and further enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party branches The appeal is of great significance.
