日前,记者从西城区总工会权益保障部了解到,历经近一年时间,由区总工会主持编辑的《西城区劳动争议调解案例汇编》已经最终审校完成正式印发。该《案例汇编》遴选了30起成功调解案例,将为基层工会开展工作提供借鉴。近四年来,西城区总工会依法成功调解劳动争议案件1481件,履行金额1435余万元;此外,区劳动争议调解中心还为困难职工提供代写起诉文书、问题解答、代理诉讼等全程法律援助服务,有效地维护了职工的合法权益。
