1 病例摘要患儿女性,8岁,出生于浙江金华县农村,因发现肝、脾肿大3个月,血小板增多1个月入院.入院前3个月因乏力、纳差在当地县医院就诊,体检发现肝、脾肿大(程度不详).入院前一个月去县医院复诊,肝、脾肿大如前,血常规化验发现血小板计数明显增高,最高达1200×10~9L,骨髓检查拟诊为“原发性血小板增多症”.入
1 Case Summary Children and adolescents, 8 years old, were born in rural Jinhua County, Zhejiang Province. Because of liver and splenomegaly, they were swollen for 3 months and their thrombocytopenia increased for 1 month.
