文章对某公司的汽轮机组噪声进行分析,根据所测噪声信号,对其频谱加以分析,判断产生噪声的主要频率。同时对现场的噪声声源和传播路径进行检测分析,并从吸声和隔声两个方面阐述阻断声音传播的噪声治理方案,使降噪达到理想效果。结果证明,此方案是一套有效的控制措施,降噪效果显著,完全满足国家技术标准的要求,为其他汽轮机组的噪声处理提供参考。
The article analyzes the noise of a steam turbine of a company, analyzes its frequency spectrum according to the measured noise signal, and judges the main frequency of generating noise. At the same time, the scene of the noise source and propagation path detection analysis, and from the sound absorption and noise isolation two aspects of the sound transmission of noise control programs to achieve the desired effect of noise reduction. The results show that this program is an effective control measures, noise reduction effect is significant, fully meet the requirements of national technical standards for other turbine noise treatment reference.
