近期又有记者因采访被打事件发生,表明记者权利保护的现状依然让人难以乐观,也表明不从理论上源头上弄清记者的职务权利,是很难在实践层面对记者的权利进行有效保护的。
Recently, another reporter was attacked by an incident, which shows that the status quo of journalists’ rights protection is still hard to be optimistic. It also shows that it is very difficult to effectively exercise journalist’s rights at the practical level without clarifying the journalist’s job title at the theoretical source protected.
