2011年年初以来,为深入贯彻落实省委“八大经济区”、“十大工程”的战略部署,我们在深入分析绥化市发展成就、潜力、优势的基础上,与全省同步开展了为期三年的产业项目建设年活动。为确保产业项目建设强力推进,取得实效,全市上下大胆实施机制创新战略,不断强化组织领导、完善发展政策、增强发展活力、创新城市发展,使产业项目建设呈超前发展之势。
Since the beginning of 2011, in order to thoroughly implement the strategic plan of the “Eight Major Economic Areas” and “Top Ten Projects” of the Provincial Party Committee, on the basis of thoroughly analyzing the achievements, potentials and advantages of Suihua, Launched a three-year industrial project construction year activities. In order to ensure the strong progress of construction of industrial projects and achieve tangible results, the city boldly implemented the mechanism innovation strategy from top to bottom and continuously strengthened the organization and leadership, perfected the development policies, enhanced the vitality of development and innovated urban development so that the construction of industrial projects is in a leading position.
