角蛋白(Keratin)或称细胞角蛋白,是中丝蛋白的主要成分之一,广泛存在于鳞状上皮,腺上皮及一些间叶源性组织。研究认为,在正常人体细胞转化成肿瘤细胞时,肿瘤细胞仍保留其原有组织的某些特征。经免疫组化、电镜及细胞培养等方法证明,在含有角蛋白及其它中丝蛋白的正常细胞发生肿瘤转化后,仍能合成与原有细胞相似的中丝蛋白。随着免疫学技术的发展,角蛋白作为上皮源性肿瘤的标记性蛋白,应用免疫荧光、免疫酶法、ABC法等为上皮性肿瘤的诊断与分型提供了新的手段。我们
Keratin, or cytokeratin, is one of the major components of mesoderm and is widely found in squamous epithelium, glandular epithelium and some mesenchymal tissues. Studies suggest that when normal human cells are transformed into tumor cells, the tumor cells retain certain features of their original tissues. Immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy and cell culture and other methods have proved that in the normal cells containing keratin protein and other mesodermal proteins after tumor transformation, can still be synthesized with the original cells in the silk protein.
