应用单克隆抗体及绵羊红细胞E玫瑰花环形成实验对22例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)病人的外周血T细胞总数及亚群变化进行了测定,结果表明MDS病人总T细胞减低,辅助T细胞亦减低,OKT_4/OKT_8比例失调,提示MDS发病病因中存在由T细胞数量之间平衡失调而导致的造血异常。同时,我们测定了病人的免疫球蛋白定量,结果表明MDS病人组IgG和IgA均较正常人组低,可能与T细胞亚群变化有关。本文将对22例MDS病人用表面受体和单克隆抗体来确定的T淋巴细胞亚群及所测得的免疫球蛋白的结果分析讨论。
Using monoclonal antibody and sheep erythrocyte E-rosette formation assay, the total number and subpopulation of T cells in peripheral blood of 22 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were measured. The results showed that the total T cells in MDS patients decreased, the number of helper T cells Also reduce, OKT_4 / OKT_8 ratio imbalance, suggesting that the pathogenesis of MDS exists by the imbalance between the number of T cells hematopoietic disorders.
