大脑中动脉主干闭塞的原因主要是血栓和栓塞,由外伤引起者少见。现将我们收治的1例因头部外伤致大脑中动脉主干闭塞病例报告如下。患者男,49岁,农民。1991年9月7日早6时骑马时不慎摔下,被马踢伤颜面部及胸部。当时意识清,无呕吐,肢体活动正常。15时午睡后,家人发现不能说话,右侧肢体不能活动,尿失禁,嗜睡,不能进食,1991年9月8日入院。查:血压16/11kPa。左颜面部、颈部及胸部可见皮肤擦伤,心肺(一)。嗜睡,完全性运动性失语,双瞳孔等大同圆,对光反射存在。动脉硬化眼底。右鼻唇
