冠状动脉造影和Holter对不稳定型心绞痛预后的预测价值

40例不稳定型心绞痛者冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果显示，29例具复杂的冠状动脉形态（Ⅰ组），其中13例预后不良，13例中12例24小时累计缺血时间超过60分钟；余11例的病灶较简单（Ⅱ组），其中仅有1例预后不良，2例24小时累计缺血时间＞60分钟。

The results of coronary angiography (CAG) in 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris showed that 29 patients had complicated coronary artery morphology (group Ⅰ), of which 13 patients had poor prognosis. In 12 of 13 patients, 24 patients accumulated ischemia for more than 60 minutes. More than 11 cases of lesions were simple (Ⅱ group), of which only 1 case of poor prognosis, 2 patients 24 hours cumulative ischemic time> 60 minutes.
