一九八七年六月至十二月,在国家科委支持下我国进行了首次单模光纤损耗的测量比对。全国有代表性的六个系统的十一个单位参加了比对。比对结果为:在1.3μm波长处的平均比对标准偏差是σ=0.020dB/km;在1.55μm波长处的平均标准偏差是σ=0.08 dB/km。本文对各参加单位的测试数据进行了分类评定,指出了某些单位存在的系统偏差,提出了改善测试精度的方法。文章最后还列出了美国国家标准局1982年在7家贝尔实验室之间组织完成的单模光纤损耗测量比对结果。
From June to December 1987, China conducted the first measurement and comparison of single-mode optical fiber loss with the support of the State Science and Technology Commission. Eleven units from six nationally representative systems participated in the comparison. The results of the alignment were: σ = 0.020 dB / km for the average comparison standard deviation at a wavelength of 1.3 μm; σ = 0.08 dB / km for the average standard deviation at a wavelength of 1.55 μm. In this paper, the participating units of the test data were classified and assessed, pointed out the existence of some units of the system bias, proposed to improve the accuracy of the test method. The article also lists the results of single-mode optical fiber loss measurement comparison organized by the National Bureau of Standards in 1982 between seven Bell Labs.
