目的了解北京市海淀区香山老年公寓人群的血糖、血压、病情控制等方面的情况,初步评估老人的健康状态。方法收集2013年3月~2015年3月期间在我社区卫生服务中心接受健康体检的280位体检人群的相关资料,对其血糖、血压及运动级别等指标变化情况进行分析处理。结果 1通过对280位体检人群的血糖和血压数据进行分析发现,在经过1~2年的各项护理干预和广泛开展健康宣教活动之后,80%以上的人群血糖和血压水平均逐渐下降并被控制在合理范围内。2通过对280位体检人群连续三年的运动级别评估发现,完全卧床的由2013年56例下降至2015年的14例,完全卧床老人数量减少是由于其他疾病等原因老人陆续去世而造成的,通过分析认为不能充分证明与我院开展的一系列活动有关;而完全自理人数则由2013年的28例上升至2015年的56例,可以适当运动以及半自理的人数均有所增加,表明我社区卫生服务中心通过加强运动指导,对于帮助体检人群恢复和保持健康具有显著效果。结论加强健康教育,运动指导,定期进行健康体检,帮助老年人群养成良好的饮食和生活习惯有助于将血糖和血压控制在合理水平。
Objective To understand the blood glucose, blood pressure, disease control and other aspects of Xiangshan elderly apartment in Haidian District, Beijing, and to assess the health status of the elderly. However, the number of patients who have complete self-care increased from 28 in 2013 to 56 in 2015, with an increase in the number of people who can exercise moderately and semi-independently, Community health service center through the strengthening of sports guidance, to help the physical examination population recovery and maintain a healthy effect has a significant effect. Conclusion Strengthening health education and sports instruction, conducting regular physical examination and helping elderly people to develop good eating and living habits help to control blood sugar and blood pressure to a reasonable level.
