职业教育是不选择学生的教育,职业学校里聚集了不少“家庭条件差、文化基础差、行为习惯差”的“三差”学生,教育这些学生,老师特别是班主任老师付出的更多更多。现在呈现在大家面前的,是泰州市中等职业学校部分优秀班主任的先进事迹和工作经验选。尽管只是冰山的一角,但我们已看到爱心的涌动和无限的希望,关爱人人,人人关爱,在职校的校园里,已蔚然成风。职业教育是素质教育而不是应试教育;是大众教育而不是精英教育;是成功教育而不是淘汰教育。要让跨近职校大门的每一位学生,尤其是那些被人称之为“三差”的学生,在我们广大职教工作者特别是班主任老师的精心关爱和抚育下,人人都能成人、成才、成功,成为社会的有用之才,家庭的致富之才,未来的创造之才,这是历史赋予的天职,社会委予的重任,家长寄予的厚望。我们热诚地希望有更多的班主任老师,主动汇入这一成人、成才、成功教育的洪流,紧紧围绕严与爱、理与情、管与导、奖与惩、激励与约束、主导与主体等不同主题,在教育实践中进行新一轮深入的探索。
