1986年以后,世界的直接投资进入一个新阶段,年底,世界直接投资总额达7755亿美元,比上一年增长20.4%。在这一世界性投资热潮中,亚洲新兴工业经济体(以下简称NIES)作为海外直接投资者出现是一个令人瞩目的新现象。NIES对外直接投资的战略目标是:确保向发达国家出口的市场。实现这一战略目标通过两个渠道:一是直接在欧美日等发达国家投资,建立生产据点;二是在中南美和东南亚等发展中国家投资,建立迂回出口基地。
After 1986, direct investment in the world entered a new phase. At the end of the year, the total direct investment in the world reached 775.5 billion U.S. dollars, up 20.4% over the previous year. In this global investment boom, emerging Asian industrial economies (hereinafter referred to as NIES) emerged as overseas direct investors is a remarkable new phenomenon. The strategic goal of NIES OFDI is to ensure that markets are exported to developed countries.
