磁力控制生长棒技术(magnetically controlled growing rod,MCGR)是近几年在传统生长棒技术的基础上发展而来的一项新的矫形技术,通过体外磁力遥控装置实现撑开延长或回缩矫形棒,避免了传统技术的反复切开延长。国内对该技术的报道仍相对较少。本文对该技术的手术简要过程、优缺点、临床应用、并发症、术后复查等作了系统介绍,并指出其使用现状及应用前景。
