目的:对四君子汤进行拆方研究,筛选出抗小鼠运动性疲劳的有效中药组合。方法:将64只小鼠随机分为四君子游泳组、四君子非游泳组、党参组和白术茯苓组,每组16只,采用逐渐递增的游泳训练模式建立疲劳模型,4周后进行力竭游泳后处死,观察小鼠体重、乳酸(LA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肝糖原(HG)、尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等指标的变化。结果:各组小鼠体重,LA,HG,LDH比较无显著性差异。四君子游泳组CK明显高于其他组(P<0.05)。党参组的BUN明显低于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:党参可以通过清除BUN,四君子整方通过降低CK达到缓解运动性疲劳的作用。
Objective: To study the disassembly of Sijunzi Decoction and screen out an effective combination of traditional Chinese medicine for anti-fatigue mice. Methods: Sixty-four mice were randomly divided into Sijunzi swimming group, Sijunzi non-swimming group, Codonopsis group and Atractylodes macrocephala group, with 16 rats in each group. The fatigue model was established by gradually increasing swimming training mode. After 4 weeks of exhaustive swimming The body weight, lactate (LA), creatine kinase (CK), hepatic glycogen (HG), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in body weight, LA, HG and LDH between the two groups. Sijunzi swimming group CK was significantly higher than other groups (P <0.05). Codonopsis group BUN was significantly lower than the other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Codonopsis can clear the BUN, Sijun all through the reduction of CK to alleviate the role of exercise-induced fatigue.
