利用犬肝自体原位移植模型,观察了肝动脉缺血(HAI)后供肝组织的脂质过氧化物(MDA),黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。结果显示:随着HAI时间延长,各指标活性与对照组比较差别显著(P<0.05);术后血清谷丙转氨酶和胆红素含量增高更为明显(P<0.01),且下降缓慢(P<0.05)。认为,HAI对供肝有明显的损伤作用,氧自由基是导致这一损伤作用的重要因素之一。
The changes of lipid peroxidation (MDA), xanthine oxidase (XOD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in hepatic tissue after hepatic artery ischemia (HAI) were observed by autologous orthotopic transplantation in canine liver . The results showed that with the prolongation of HAI, the activity of each index was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05); the content of serum ALT and bilirubin increased more significantly (P <0.01) Decreased slowly (P <0.05). It is considered that HAI can obviously damage the donor liver, and oxygen free radical is one of the important factors leading to this injury.
