目的分析围绝经期妇女和绝经期妇女取环效果的影响因素。方法总结50例取环围绝经期妇女和绝经期妇女的年龄、置环年限、工作情况、妊娠史等信息,观察患者取环效果,分析年龄、宫颈萎缩程度等对取环效果的影响。结果取环困难程度与年龄、宫颈萎缩程度以及绝经时间呈正相关。结论绝经期妇应尽早取环,围绝经期稳定后取环,针对宫颈萎缩比较严重的患者,可以采用药物软化宫颈,保证顺利取环。应加强女性的健康教育,以降低取环困难带来的痛苦。
Objective To analyze the influential factors on the effect of taking ring in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Methods Fifty cases of menopausal women and menopausal women were enrolled in this study. The age, ring age, working condition and pregnancy history of 50 women with perimenopausal women and menopausal women were observed. The effects of taking the ring, the age and the degree of cervical atrophy were observed. Results The degree of difficulty in taking the ring and age, cervical atrophy and menopausal time was positively correlated. Conclusion Menopausal women should take the ring as early as possible, and take the ring after the menopause period is stable. For the patients with more severe cervical atrophy, the cervix can be softened by drugs to ensure the smooth circulation. Health education for women should be strengthened so as to reduce the suffering caused by the difficulty of taking the ring.
