目的 :探讨熊果酸在体外对血管形成的抑制作用。 方法 :用 MTT法、细胞迁移及小管形成实验观察熊果酸对体外培养的血管内皮细胞 (VEC)增殖、迁移和小管形成能力的影响。 结果 :熊果酸质量浓度为 6 2 .5~ 5 0 0 μg/ ml时 ,对 VEC增殖呈剂量依赖性抑制 ;质量浓度为 12 5 μg/ ml时 ,对 VEC迁移及小管形成均有抑制作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;质量浓度为 5 0 0 μg/ m l时 ,对 VEC迁移及小管形成均有较强的抑制作用 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 :熊果酸在体外具有抑制血管形成的作用
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of ursolic acid on angiogenesis in vitro. METHODS: The effects of ursolic acid on the proliferation, migration and tubule formation of vascular endothelial cells (VEC) cultured in vitro were observed by MTT assay, cell migration and tubule formation assay. RESULTS: When ursolic acid concentration was 62.5 to 500 μg/ml, the proliferation of VEC was dose-dependently inhibited; when the concentration was 125 μg/ml, the migration of VEC and the formation of tubules were inhibited. (P<0.05); The mass concentration of 50 μg/ml had a strong inhibitory effect on VEC migration and tubule formation (P < 0.01). Conclusion : Ursolic acid inhibits angiogenesis in vitro
