1 病例报告 男,47岁。因头痛、头晕、走路不稳、右耳鸣、耳聋13个月,6个月前右侧肢体麻木、乏力,右手持物不准,右下肢走路不稳,向右侧倾斜,并感双眼视物模糊,16天前左眼完全失明,3个月前饮食呛咳、吞咽困难、声音嘶哑,于1985年8月9日入院。 查体:意识清楚,精神及表情正常,轻偏瘫步态。视力,左失明,双眼底视乳头边界消失,有熘状出血,瞳孔4mm,圆型,直接光反应左眼消失,右眼存在。间接光反应双眼存在,上下眼球运动受限,角膜反射双侧减弱;无面瘫,右侧耳聋:右上肢及以下肢肌张
1 case report Male, 47 years old.
