成都市教育局《关于进一步规范基础教育办学行为有关问题的通知》中规定:“坚持义务教育阶段公办学校就近免试入学,任何公办、民办和各类进行办学体制改革的小学、初中不得以考试的方式择优选拔新生,也不得以小学阶段各类学科竞赛(如小学数学奥赛等)成绩作为录取新生的依据。”
The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Education’s “Notice on Further Regulating Issues Concerning the Basic Education Operational Behavior” stipulates: “We must adhere to the compulsory exemption test for public schools in the compulsory education stage, and any public, private, and all kinds of public and private school system reforms for elementary and junior high schools must not take the test. The students will choose the best freshmen and will not be able to take the results of various discipline competitions (such as primary school mathematics, etc.) at the primary school level as the basis for admission.
