我国公务员聘任制改革提速、试点扩容引人关注。据了解,江苏、福建、广西等地已加入公务员聘任制试点。此前,人社部部长尹蔚民表示,正就公务员聘任制制定相应办法,将会有序推进。聘任热潮2007年11月,深圳市人事局公布,将公开招聘41名聘任制公务员,此举当时在全国还属首创。两年多后,深圳对新进入行政机关的公务员一律实行聘任制。不包括今年正在招聘的500余个岗位在内,深圳已经录用了3000多名聘任制公务员。此后,上海、江西、河南等地开始陆续推行公务员聘任制试点。纵观各地情况,被招录者均使用行政编制,按企业标准购买养老保险,实行协议工资制度,还可竞争领导职务。
