研制了一种体积小、性能高、基于LF356N芯片的电荷放大器,与传统电荷放大器相比,该电荷放大器具有体积小巧便于携带、功耗较低利于电池供电、电路简单成本低等优点。通过Multisim10软件对电路进行仿真和对硬件电路进行检测,将幅度为0.5 V、频率依次改变的电荷信号输入电荷放大器,得到了接近5 V的电压信号,从而验证了该电荷放大器的可行性与可靠性。该电荷放大器尺寸为7.15 cm×2.25 cm×1.20 cm,体积为19.32 cm3,带宽为20~150 kHz,功耗为1 mW,并且具有10倍的增益。
