新形势下,部队青年官兵的思想观念、价值取向、行为方式发生了深刻的嬗变。本文在充分进行实地调查研究的基础上,探讨了对青年官兵思想观念、价值取向、行为方式进行有效教育引导的对策办法:端正思想方法,正确认识和评价新形势下的青年官兵;树立以人为本的教育理念,着力促进青年官兵的全面发展;创新教育手段方法,增强教育引导的吸引力和说服力。
Under the new situation, the ideological concepts, values and behaviors of young officers and soldiers of the armed forces have undergone profound changes. On the basis of full field investigation and study, this article explores ways to guide young officers and men in their ideological concepts, value orientation and behavior to effectively educate and guide young officers and soldiers: to correct the ideological methods and correctly understand and appraise the young officers and soldiers in the new situation; to establish a people- Education philosophy, focus on promoting the all-round development of young officers and soldiers; innovative means of education, enhance the attractiveness and persuasion of education guidance.
