To transform the ideological theory of the scientific concept of development into a vivid practice of ideological and political construction, we must explore the practical guiding principles for forming a scientific development of ideological and political construction. Only by adapting themselves to the requirements of the new situation and tasks, clarifying the actual tasks and development directions of ideological and political construction, and focusing on the faithful fulfillment of historical missions, preparations for military struggles and the strengthening of the functions and tasks of ideological and political construction, can we effectively move the ideological and political construction onto the track of scientific development.
