一、实习过程中自我角色的认知在认知行为理论的角度看来,对事件有什么样的认知也就决定了我们会对此做出怎样的行为反应。我觉得在我整个实习过程中,我在困境经历中对自己角色的认知,将便于了解我在应对伦理困境时的选择取向,我觉得我个人在整个实习过程中,仅仅只是扮演了一个非主导性的角色,所以,我在遭遇社会工作困境的时候,往往因为这种角色自我定位的次要性而将责任推给我个人所认为的承担主导性角色的其他人身上。在实习的过程中,我始终觉得自己还是一个实习生,在开展活动中,也就是帮他们一下,作为一个实习生,我也没有参与到他们
