在法国最近掀起了巨大的批评现代派艺术的浪潮。首先提出质疑和批判的是新闻界和艺术界,随后演变成万炮齐轰的局面。1993年3月,法国《世界报》在《辩论》专号上刊出《当代艺术:画家还是骗子》一文,指出这种失去艺术特性的“艺术”,弄不清是在革命还是招摇撞骗。随后《精神》杂志撰文,认为许多现代派艺术品涩难而无意义,其审美准则随市场时尚而变,没有评论和价值取向可依。人们终于结束了漫长的沉默,在疑虑、惊愕中,爆出了沉积已久的心声:现代艺术,只是披在“艺术家”身上的“皇帝新衣”。
The recent wave of criticism of modernist art in France has come a long way. The first to challenge and criticize the press and the art world, and then evolved into a thousand-point match.
