本文阐述了铁路科技体制改革五年后的今天,科技事业出现的新的发展局面,介绍了推进铁路科技体制改革的几项主要做法;并找出了在改革工作中存在的主要问题。
This article elaborates the new development situation of science and technology as it exists five years after the reform of the railway science and technology system and introduces several major practices of promoting the reform of the railway science and technology system. It also identifies the major problems in the reform.
