<正> 一、前言交换机在紧急情况下的联机恢复,是指发生意外事故(例如火灾,断电引起部分或大部终端设备的损坏)后,如何在联机(on-line)条件下(无系统中断system down)有秩序地恢复交换机基本软件的正常运转;在坚持部分重要呼叫和基本保证局间呼叫的前提下,发挥维护软件的作用,支援硬件的修复,最终恢复全部交换机的正常工作。本文讨论的范围只限于一般性的事故,没有触及系统核心部分而引起诸如系统中断(system Down)的情况。因为一般事故大多是由于用户外线所引起,而不可能直接影响系统的
