作者在全国统一质控标准指导下,测定了330名接铅工人和100名未接铅者的血铅、尿铅、叶啉代谢指标和其他相应的生物学指标,采用现代统计学方法和SAS软件包编制程序,以曲线拟合和判别分析为手段,制订出血铅和尿铅的标准值:本地正常上限值1.43和0.25tLmol/L,可接受上限值1.93和0.35μmol/L,中毒诊断值3.02和0.56μmol/L。同时研究了空气铅浓度与生物学指标间,血铅与其他指标间的相关性,评价了其特异性、敏感性、准确性、漏诊率和误诊率。为修订国家标准提供参考数据。
Under the guidance of the unified national quality control standards, the authors measured the blood lead, urinary lead and leaf morphine metabolism index and other corresponding biological indicators of 330 lead workers and 100 non-lead workers.
